The Toastmasters educational program consists of two tracks - a communication track and a leadership track. Members are encouraged to participate in both tracks. In a leadership track, members are trained to play a few roles during the club meeting. The roles are:

  • Sargeant-at-Arms (SAA)
  • Toastmaster of the evening (TOE)
  • Word master
  • Thought master
  • Humor master
  • Table topics master
  • Speech Evaluator
  • Table topics evaluator
  • Grammarian
  • Ah master
  • Time master
  • General Evaluator
