Kulim Toastmasters Club

Dear Fellow Members,

Starting from now on, in condition to ease our VPE's job, all the members are obligate to fill in yourself the meeting roles for the next coming Kulim Toastmasters Club meeting. All you need to do is to fill in the Meeting Agenda form with the role you want to be on certain meeting date. Once you fill in the form, click save and the Meeting Agenda will update in a real time. For your information, this new feature has been introduced right after Sabrina's speech entitled 'Collaboration Technology'. Your responsibility is just to fill in the form and the VPE or President than will just print the documents once it's finished. Thank you to Google Docs for introducing such a fantastic tool!
